When things don't go according to plan often the option that comes to mind is giving up.
This is not necessarily a bad thing, but when making this decision, you have to look at the real reason for this question popping up into your head.
Are you thinking of giving up because things are just not moving as quickly or as you hoped? Or are you giving up because you just don't have passion for what you are doing anymore?
The most important factor that plays a crucial point in this questioning, is your passion and desire. If there is absolutely no desire involved then looking to move onto something new can be something to look into to.
On the other hand, if part of you really wishes things would be different and work out then please don't give up.
Sometimes life likes to take us out of the situation and bring us back in, so we can learn from what didn't work before and make those changes that we feel more connected to.

I often find this is always a great time of reflection and non-action is needed so you can remain open to guidance from deep within to make sure you are on the path that leads to your true happiness and fulfillment.
Don't rush things or lay so much on expectations. This can leave you closed to possible changes that are good for your situation. You'll know when you are pushing things, you'll lose that feeling of flow and joy in what you are doing.
I've been in this situation a few times over the 17 years I have been in business. Once I learned to remain open to my Higher Intuition and seek guidance from within instead of doing what is expected of me...things started to flow nicely and the business moved in the direction I wanted it to go in. I made changes to my business, often quite big changes, but I never gave up, even though this question came up a lot through the years for me.
The passion to help others and see that happiness and spark that I always saw when my clients achieved success or started to believe in themselves - that's what stopped me from giving up. It really is priceless.
So if you are thinking of giving up on something that you have put your heart and soul into over the years, ask yourself this question before you take any action -
Do you still have the passion and desire to have it in your life?
If the answer is 'yes', take a step back and reflect on new ideas and open up to your Higher Self for guidance on how to change things for the better.
Trust me, take as long as is needed, you won't be wasting time. It will be worth it in the long run.
