Life can be pretty hectic at times and often you can be focused on taking action, action, action that you get consumed by everything and can feel overwhelmed.
If you are in Lockdown, then social outings are non-existent and therefore you may be overcompensating with more work to fill those times when you would take a break socialising. This just leads to more stress and more anxiety, which is not good for you.
This again keeps you busy and takes you away from what can really help you...listening to your soul.
Now I know that you may think this is not important, but this is more important than the busyness.
Your soul is you. It is your true self and the part of you that holds your truth and the guidance you need to succeed in life. We spend so much time focusing on the external things for guidance and to succeed, but you hold this already within you. The only reason that this is held back, is because you are not listening to your soul.
Your soul has the message that is right for you. It can be the difference between giving up on your dreams and goals and going for it.
That is how powerful listening to your soul really is.
So how do you listen to your soul?
Well, the primary action is to take time out away from the busyness and be still and silent and quieten the mind down. This is effectively best done through meditation. Meditation is the best tool to use to listen to your soul.
When you do take this action you will not necessarily get a clear message straight away, but the more you take time out to listen to your soul, you will notice things changing and decision making will become easier.
So take that time out to connect to your soul. It's the most important thing you will ever do.
