• Right Our Minds: Everything begins with the mind and ends with it. Studies have shown that before individuals engage in sexual activity, they have already processed and finished the act in their minds. So with this, you can start with correcting your mind towards your partner, correct the fact that you are making love to their bodies, see beyond their body. Decide to reach the very recess of their souls that is their being.
• Love: Yes, this is simple and short. You can never have and enjoy soulmate sex if you do not genuinely love your partner.
Few practical steps in engaging in soul mate sex are:
• Don’t be selfish: Make sure you that during your sex with your partner, you go all the way out to please each other. Your self-pleasure shouldn’t be the goal but your partner’s and vice versa. In other words, make love, don’t have sex.
• Take your time: This is where love comes in again. To really enjoy this experience, you have to be in love with the person, so you won’t rush off just for an orgasm or a release. Love making and soulmate sex cannot be rushed, it needs time to attend to every detail.
