Interview with Barry Moltz, one of the USA's Best Business Coaches

WikiExpert had the pleasure of interviewing one of the best Business Coaches in the United States, Barry Moltz. Barry has decades of entrepreneurial experience and he has worked with large companies. He also has his own business ventures and has authored six books! 

Barry is now keen on taking advantage of the new communication possibilities and internet plays a strong part. Online consultations are here and Barry is always ready to help small and large companies with any obstacles that they might be facing. He strongly believes that there is no business situation that cannot be improved. 

Let's get to know a little more about Barry. We started with a few questions about his career, business, and Online Coaching.

WikiExpert: What inspired you to become an Online Business Coach? 
Barry Moltz: I wanted to share my business experience with others so they didn't have to make the same mistake.

WikiExpert: We see that you've had authored quite a few books in the past, which turned out to be a great success! Tell us about your experience as an author and what you have learned on along the way? 
Barry Moltz: You have to write about what you are passionate and let readers add to the story.

WikiExpert: We love your saying "Your Business Unstuck". Tell us about the biggest mistakes Business Owners and Entrepreneurs make that cause their businesses to become "stuck"? 
Barry Moltz: There is no consistent sales and marketing effort in the company. They don't know how to hire and retain a team. They are busy not productive. They don't review their financial statements. They don't focus enough on the customer experience and relationships. 

WikiExpert: Apart from Business Consulting/ Coaching, please tell us a little more about your other business ventures? 
Barry Moltz: I have hosted a radio show for 11 years in Chicago and I am a small business motivational speaker.

WikiExpert: In your opinion, what is the most important factor when it comes to growing a business and why? 
Barry Moltz: Know what pain you solve for customers and who the customers are.

WikiExpert: What was your biggest challenge along the road to success and how did you overcome it?  
Barry Moltz: Sales are vanity, cash flow is sanity. Learn how to read your financial statements.

WikiExpert: What advice would you give to Business Owners seeking Online Business Coaching? What should they look for in a Business Coach?
Barry Moltz: Look for someone that you can connect with and trust that has relevant experience in the solutions you seek.

WikiExpert: When you're not working, what do you like to do? 
Barry Moltz: I enjoy cycling and karate in my spare time. 

WikiExpert: Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? 
Barry Moltz: I see myself retired!

WikiExpert: What is the most important lesson you've learned from life? 
Barry Moltz: Love everyone, trust a few and paddle your own canoe.

WikiExpert: Name two things you can't live without? 
Barry Moltz: I cannot live without my family and sunshine.

WikiExpert: If there was one thing you could change about the world, what would it be? 
Barry Moltz: Let our differences unite us and not divide us.
