3. “In Pari Delicto” – All parties to this Scheme, is equally “at fault” and can be charged as such.

4. When your Credit Agreement is securitised, it automatically cancels all the related securities/bonds/loans as the debt becomes non-existent.

5. You can claim back all payments made to the Originator, who has fraudulently received your payments made in error. YOU were all along paying the wrong party and without any obligation to do so.

6. Attorneys and Advocates are suspected of collusion, and they might not act with your BEST interests at heart.
