Ability to raise the standard is one of the most important quality of any leader. A simple way to raise the standard is to change our state of mind by projecting and shifting the way we see things from:
 
Should Do ➞ Must DO

“Should do” comes under the bracket of what we tolerate and what we accept. When we articulate sentence or address during team chats “Must Do” magically becomes intolerable, we become firm believer and hence minds start working on the action plan and solution to the challenge. We all have “Should do” list for new year resolution. Please change to “Must Do” list (List you got to do- no option) to see the difference.
