First of all, it's important to look at what is coaching? and how it has impacted my life in a positive light.
Coaching is a process of empowering the individual and supporting them on their journey from where they are now, to where they want to be. This involves a series of powerful questioning to create more awareness and tackling areas of limiting beliefs. It is not designed for the coach to provide the client with the answers or to tell them what to do. It is however designed to help the client learn how to achieve a certain goal.
I have gone through a series of life-challenging situations:

12 Year relationship break up

Being made redundant twice

Having weight Issues

Losing faith and trust in people

Being unkind to myself
These setbacks left me feeling stuck, not knowing where to get help, this was the beginning of my journey of self-discovery. I knew that I had to get help and in order to master and understand the journey of ‘LIFE’.

I took the courage to face myself and challenge my stinking ‘thinking’ limiting beliefs. I went on to study Personal Development & Life Coaching at The Coaching Academy. This course allowed me to shed light on my own darkness which in turn leads to positive transformation. I am now in a place to serve others and to help you become the best version of yourself.
Throughout my own journey, I learnt that growth is painful but nothing is as painful as staying stuck. One of the biggest lessons I learnt on this life coaching journey is how our daily habits have a major impact on how we feel.

Through my experience, I learnt that we become what we repeatedly do, so if you are struggling to find real, happiness, joy, love, good health and overall fulfilment in life take a look at your HABITS, PATTERNS and the STORIES that we keep telling ourselves.
I believe that it’s important to really look at ourselves, to look at our ‘State of being'’ and to be aware of how we are showing up in life.
Over the years I felt stuck in so many areas of my life but I feel that we are all capable of changing our habits and breaking out of our negative patterns, but we just need to know where to begin and that’s where I come in, but it starts with you saying YES to unleashing your full potential.
