1. Stand or sit in a safe place Outdoors in the arms of nature.
2. Keep your gaze on a particular portion of the environment.
3. For 2 minutes try and take in as much detail as you can.
4. Make that section of nature your complete universe.
5. Then close your eyes and focus on your breathing for a few seconds.
5. Then attempt to recall as much of the information as you can with your eyes still completely shut. See the imagry in your minds eye.
6. Do this for a period of 7-days consistently early in the morning and watch your mind power, mental relaxation and even your memory start to improve.
