Unfortunately, it can be difficult to express yourself, despite research proving that self-expression is healthy and that you should always express how you feel in order to achieve a healthier state of being. In fact, a study conducted at the University of California, Los Angeles demonstrated the positive benefit of speaking out loud to express how you feel as the study attempted to relieve a group of people with arachnophobia from their fears.
