We both have insecurities and trust issues due to past relationships... So, there's the back and forth accusations, yelling, name calling, etc. We are both extremely jealous and have no communication skills. We love each other but sometimes Love isn't enough to make someone understand that you aren't going to hurt them. How can we help each other overcome these issues?

“Love at first sight” is a phrase we’ve all heard at one point or another, whether it’s in the movies, our favorite songs, or even some of the literature we may have read in school. Classic stories are all about love, and there’s a reason why—we can relate.
Just how realistic is it to fall in love in a magical moment, though? Have you ever thought, “I fall in love too easily,” or wondered, “Why do I fall in love so easily?” Believe it or not, there is a solid amount of scientific evidence stating that it’s pretty common for both men and women to fall in love quickly, and we’ve known this for a while.
According to research published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine, our brains can make sure we fall in love in as little as a fifth of a second. Other research states that all you need is an hour with a stranger to get those feelings bubbling.
Is it love?
Of course, love at first sight sometimes works out! There are plenty of cases where falling in love quickly yields a happy ending—this speedy love can be a sign of wonderful things to come.

However, catching the love bug on the fast track can lead to disappointment, too. As you work through very strong emotions and piece together how you are feeling, the following might be signs that you’ve passed beyond friendship or sexual attraction too quickly.
- You find yourself obsessed with this person despite not knowing much about them;
- You ignore possible red flags on your first dates;
- You make sudden life changes to better acclimate to this person or earn their approval.
Getting a second opinion.
