Talking to others may be difficult for some especially if the situation is embarrassing, it makes it very difficult to speak about it. We must help people to understand that talking about their problems is way to relieve stress or other ways to put it, "taking a weight of your shoulder" When talking to others many hormones can be released, such as serotonin and oxytocin which are both good for the brain.
