For the busy mind 

Be conscious of your breathing 

Be present in the now, the past is just a memory that doesn't have any power over you Now.

So start the day breathing and being grateful. 

today you are alive, your ok, and you have everything that you need to experience this moment. 

Breath in and out feel the breath in your fisical body, how it feels in your nose, the sound.... 

Then you continue your day the more you exercise your mind, the more you master your emotions and fellings, you will find your balance. Namaste
