Does Music effects your mood swings?

Music is a great way to express how you are currently feeling and what your mood is? For instance, studies have proven that listening to sad songs help to reduce stress, anxiety or your depression level. 

Metal, Metal Rock, Hard Rock are all types of music that express your frustration, anger levels and how much disturbance there is, in your mind. For Example, Two songs are quite popular and common among such situation, "Numb by L.P" and " It's my life by Jon Bon Jovi"... In short, they mostly give negative vibes. But, it helps to end up all those negative feelings. 

If you feel happy, majority goes for romantic ones, old melodies and soothing music. 

But, if you need motivation and inspiration, songs like "Born to be Wild" should be on your playlists, i.e, Rock. 

If we analyze, from sad songs to up beat ones, music does helps you to hold it all together, stay positive and happy. It works like a good understanding "Friend". 

But, again be wise in what you hear!
