Skincare routine is quite a lot on almost every mouth these days, be it men or women. Every one wants to go with the "show your skin some love" slogan.
What's behind is, "let your skin breathe". But you all know this already. I am going to tell more... How it effects your mental health?
- A relaxed mind thinks well, eats well sleeps well and performs well. First thing is that it makes you relaxed.
- Once you are relaxed, yo step towards recreation of ideas. Your canvas broadens as you get a "pause" in your daily hectic routine, and its time to get comfortable.
- The "look good" theory says, you look good you raise yourself, through a raised self esteem.
- And once you are done with all this, stress goes away and helps you to set goals.
