Arguments and fights are quite common in couples. And anger is something that would only create more misunderstandings to that particular situation. 

When we get angry, our stress hormones are released, due to which we are unable to see things clearly at that moment. Hence, getting into argumentative conversations. Of which l, many are pointless. What to do? How to control this? 

This might help a little...

  1. Stress hormones settle down a bit,if one changes position or place. When in an argument go out of that place or change position. 
  2. When are stress hormones are released, our blood flow increase which may cause us to become more furious. Drink water.
  3. If in an argument, try listening to other and be quiet. This might end up the argument automatically. Don't retaliate.
