There's a famous art called, "Kung-Fu". And it teaches alot of stuff, and the most important and core lesson is "inner peace".
One has to go through many stages, before achieving this most important stage. But, why am I sharing this is, that it teaches a life lesson.
Inner peace is needed much in life to think and work clearly. Let me tell you, how it works?
We are told often, "Let the Bad Memories Go". It's right because our mind is filled with such thoughts and become a barrier in moving ahead. Let me tell you one thing, this concept is wrong. What's right, then???
Kung-Fu says, let your bad memories flow. When I came to know that, it was actually right thing to do that. For instance, how do we fight a phobea? We face it, right? So it works like that. Once you let them flow, rather than suppressing them... You will find yourself in peace.
