Today I am going to ask you a very common, yet frequent question.
What is your biggest fear?
Before you answer the question, let me clarify...
Fear is a state of an unpleasant emotional imbalance due to pain, danger or any destruction one encounters for real. That's totally rational. Having a rational fear is not bad, it's with every one of us. It's controllable.
Being afraid of something that doesn't exist, is irrational. It's just a fear that our mind creates by itself for us, and keeps us away from doing something. For example, height phobia, insect phobia, emotional phobias and many others.
Phobia is just your, one of the mind games. And now it's time that you play a game with your mind!
How? By fighting it...
Can it be fought? If yes, then - How?
It's quite simple...
FACE and CONFRONT your fears.
Be brave enough.
Next time you see traffic, cross the road to get to the other side. You can't manage heights... Dare to stand on a height. It's a one-time show, once you do it, you get over it.
Become the Daredevil for your fears. And the next moment, you will find out it was nothing...
Cut the irrational fear out of your lives and live confidently.
