We both have insecurities and trust issues due to past relationships... So, there's the back and forth accusations, yelling, name calling, etc. We are both extremely jealous and have no communication skills. We love each other but sometimes Love isn't enough to make someone understand that you aren't going to hurt them. How can we help each other overcome these issues?
Idk what to do
My boyfriend and I have been fighting because he found some old messages that I had when we started going out, the messages are not bad the conversations where just like hi and bye kind of thing but because I told him I wasn't talking to anyone he's mad but da whole time he was still hanging out with his baby momma behind my back and he would delete all his messages to her so I wouldn't see them

“It isn't so much the act of asking that paralyzes us--it's what lies beneath: the fear of being vulnerable, the fear of rejection, the fear of looking needy or weak. The fear of being seen as a burdensome member of the community instead of a productive one.”? Amanda Palmer
When life begins to feel as if it is too heavy, uncertain, lost and directionless we need to ask for help. Asking for help is not easy for most, as it seems like a sign of weakness. Is it a weakness or is it pure intelligence? When you can ask for help you are indicating that you do not know something or are unclear in that particular area of life and want to know more. By not knowing and wanting to know more on how to improve is a sign of growth and knowledge. Where is the weakness in that, is that not a strength?
Humans have desires, dreams, goals, ideas that they want to accomplish and are uncertain as to how to get there. If you have dreams and goals, try and set aside uncertainties or pride and ask for help.
If you are ready to ask for help, you are definitely growing as a person. When life begins to feel as if it is too heavy, uncertain, lost and directionless we need to ask for help. Asking for help is important and better yet, who do we ask? What type of person?
Here are a few suggestions that might help you find the person that can help you achieve your goals in any part of your life to not feel weak or a burden.
Find someone that aligns with your dreams.
Look for a person that can see what is important and matters to you.
This person understands the deeper meaning or personal significance of the goals you have.
Provide different scenarios on how to reach your goals (not one size fits all).
I hope these few tips help when and who to ask for help. Remember, you are not weak or a burden, you are strong and asking for help is a positive sign of strength.
