When and Whom To Ask For Help
When life begins to feel as if it is too heavy, uncertain, lost and directionless we need to ask for help. Who do we ask?

When life begins to feel as if it is too heavy, uncertain, lost and directionless we need to ask for help. Asking for help is not easy for most, as it seems like a sign of weakness. Is it a weakness or is it pure intelligence? When you can ask for help you are indicating that you do not know something or are unclear in that particular area of life and want to know more. By not knowing and wanting to know more on how to improve is a sign of growth and knowledge. Where is the weakness in that, is that not a strength?
Humans have desires, dreams, goals, ideas that they want to accomplish and are uncertain as to how to get there. If you have dreams and goals, try and set aside uncertainties or pride and ask for help.

Here are a few suggestions that might help you find the person that can help you achieve your goals in any part of your life to not feel weak or a burden.
Find someone that aligns with your dreams.
Look for a person that can see what is important and matters to you.
This person understands the deeper meaning or personal significance of the goals you have.
Provide different scenarios on how to reach your goals (not one size fits all).
