Turning a negative to a positive.
While most of us are stuck at home, let's try to make the best of it by reflecting and growing.
I challenge you to use that time to reflect and change things that you want to change about your life. Many times while working, we all think we wish we had more time for ourselves to focus on other things like studying, exercising, stopping smoking or drinking, update our resumes, look for another job, connect with old friends or family members etc...
This virus is giving us a chance to reflect on those topics.
When you get up tomorrow, get your tea or that vanilla mocha late nonfat extra hot, or whatever drink you usually need to get your day going, then, sit down, shut everything down and write down.
How can you better yourself?
What would you like to do that you can't find the time to do when you work?
What, in your life, are you happy about or unhappy about, how can you change that?
Make a list of things that you can work on in the next 2-3 weeks and maybe a long term goal, then create a plan on how to accomplish those things.
Come out ahead of this difficult time, for you have taken the time to reflect and make changes.
Let's Use that virus to better ourselves.
