I am truly grateful and thankful that the techniques and articles that I released were helpful to you guys. Actually, the harvest is based on all your attempt and your practices. Keep going and trust your effort.

Today I am planning to talk about some mindful tips:

Our mind likes talking and also likes repeating all the time. When you listen to your mind carefully, It looks funny most of the time because it is talking in one way about something and then immediately It is talking about the same thing in the other way.

If you recognize the same and you would like to make it work better. Here are some tips:

  1. When we don’t use our mind in a targeted direction, It gets rusty and goes crazy, just like a room that is not recently used and gets dusty day by day. Try to keep your mind busy with guided practice same as repeating “Mantra or some affirmations”:

  •  My mind is working well to my benefit all the time.

  • My mind is always my bestie with good advice.

  • My mind is on my side all the time.

  • I know how to enjoy my thinking and listen to it.

  • I know what I want and my mind brings it to me easily.

  • My mind and my desires are all working in amazing harmony.

  • I am listening to my mind. I am able to correct it.

  • I am investing in my mind and It all pays off soon.

  • I am happy to invest in my mind.

  • I am lucky to have an amazing mind in my favor.

  1. When you get used to the number 1, then you are ready to go to the next step which is anchoring amazing habits or thoughts to the backbone of your mind. And I think Christmas time and the new year is the best timing for the new beginning:

  •   Awareness Respect: Try to be disciplined to do just 10 min meditation every day the first thing in the morning and also the last thing at night before bedtime. (one of the fundamental principales in the world and the body’s physiology is discipline. It seems that having discipline individually provides harmony generally.)

  • Time Respect: Try to put your tasks in your calendar every night for tomorrow. (Also, weekly and monthly). Time has a bendy meaning. The more you program and pay attention to your timing the more time will open up for you. This is only understandable if you practice it otherwise it seems meaningless.

  • Vision Respect: Try to visualize the result of the plan or any desired wish you have every day, multiple times. Actually, the energy you need to get you to the final result comes out from your anticipations. You can feel it in many different examples. Imagine the anticipation of New year is more enjoyable than the actual New year's Eve.

Let’s respect yourself and decide right now to practice at least one of those tips. It will pay off amazingly and in a pleasant way.

Let's feel free to sit in a one-on-one session with me. By working together, I would be able to guide you to clear up your mind and break your current pattern in order to build up an amazing new pattern for you.
