Have you ever asked yourself about what meaningful life is?

What is the purpose of your life?

How can you get rid of the stuck feeling?

Let's think about it this way:

Imagine we don't have any ability to taste the food or smell them. Ooops! Such a weird feeling it would be!!! No more craving, no more spices or flavors to add and, importantly, no more joy of eating .

Now back to the usual situation when we can normally taste and smell. Just close your eyes for a moment, and imagine such a great feeling when you are sitting in the nice restaurant and having a yummy, crunchy fried chicken or maybe having a savory salmon mousse with some cream cheese and flaky crust on top which is melting in your mouth. oooh It is really Awesome !!!

So being able to deeply feel something and to describe it as deep as you can, is one of the key points in our daily life. It gives the flavor and meaning to everything not just to food.

Furthermore, if you are curious about adding some meaning to your day-to-day life or If you are desperate and tend to lose your interest, try to speed down your brain processing, pay attention to your envirnoment and practice describing them as much as you can.

Sometimes you might run out of words. In that case get help from internet or read some books to expand your knowledge.

One of the great practices is, list all the amazing things you currently have, like your job, money, properties, health, family and friends. Then practice being deeply grateful for having them and describe the beauties you can see in them one by one and get the refreshing feeling.

Additionally, practice to see only the beauty out of everything. Even if you think that something does not have any beauty or benefit, try to share some beauty with it from the most beautiful thing you like. For example, if you have someone around you who you think is a mean person, avoid having long conversions with him or doing any fight with him, instead, just in your mind give him a bowl of fresh water with refreshing colorful flowers in it.

Sometimes you spent more time and efforts on a project but it didn't go well yet. In this case, you can add some meaning to all your attempts by looking the situation in this way that you invested in your mind or planted the seed. At the right time the seed that you have planted will give you the harvest. That harvest would be the skill you learnt, the patience you experienced or surprisingly the result you were expecting. But the good thing is you respect yourself by adding the great meaning to your efforts. Therefore, you will be in inner peace while you are waiting for the result or you are more open to recheck the whole process and see the other avenues. Remeber, every delay has a meaning for you, maybe you need to learn something or it is time to change your mind about something.

Whenever you have a bad day, just give a beautiful rose to yourself and be thankful for yourself because of how strong and brave you are. Then reasure yourself, you will handle it no matter what.

By practicing this technique and by adding meaning and beauty to everything, at the end of the day you will be amazed and you will get attracted to more beauty as well.

When you practice continuously, you will get to the level of becoming closer to your heart and be able to feel everything through your heart .Then you can understand that the purpose of life is to be loved and  to give love.
