How to deal with " I don't Know "
I am willing to know!!
Have you experienced being in Dilemma ?
Whenever you ask yourself something and you come up with the answer "I don't Know", It means that some battle is going on in your mind. some sort of confusion is happening there, so the best logical way for the mind to answer that quesion is, "I don't know".
First be aware of that. Then you need to step into that and ask the second question, "Am I willing to know what is happening there". It is a HUGE progression. Believe me , it is truly a big progression to change the game.
Try it this week, and experience it on your own to feel that big shift, because the word will , helps you put down the guard wall and be brave enough to see behind that wall.
Hence, when you saw the real battle, then you can understand what was the meaning of "I don't know".
The Next step would be: Calming down and sorting out all those things that are battling with each other by Listing them one by one. Prioritize them. Scratch off some of them from the list. Then put them into the task one by one.
Finally, the last step is to ask the initial question again and see what would be the answer this time. Definitely is not "I don't know" anymore.
So whenever you got the answer "I don't know" be ready to reply back: "But I am willing to know".
See how fast you can manage your mind! by using the right technique and play with it good enough.
