My husband of 5 years has cheated on me. I'm heartbroken. Can I fix our marriage?? Is there hope for us?? Will things get better? Please help
We both have insecurities and trust issues due to past relationships... So, there's the back and forth accusations, yelling, name calling, etc. We are both extremely jealous and have no communication skills. We love each other but sometimes Love isn't enough to make someone understand that you aren't going to hurt them. How can we help each other overcome these issues?
Am I over reacting? Am I the one in the wrong no him

In life we often find ourselves reflecting on where we are, where have been and ultimately where we would like to find ourselves in the future.
Life, in general, in the world becomes a complex assortment of various tasks, responsibilities and trials that we have to navigate as we seek out our own desires within the constructs of society. In my experience, I have met very few people who can comfortably say that their life is a breeze and that they have found peace in all aspects of life. Most people live out a relatively imbalanced existence amidst a myriad of perplexing situations that they seldom feel that they have control over.
Often the directions that we strive to attain accomplishment in cause a lack of balance in our lives, resulting in situations that place different relationships under stress and compromise. The key to overcoming these issues very often is overwhelmed by our own failure to withdraw and analyze our situation from a holistic point of view.
The human existence is based around the balance of the fundamental principle that we are made up of three basic elements, mind, body and soul. In order to thrive in this existence, we need to maintain a holistic approach to governing these principles of our lives. Creating an imbalance will cause one to veer off their path chosen and result in burnout and ultimately a general sense of failure.
The clichéd utterances of “Know Peace, Know life” in contrast to “No Peace, No Life” ring true with our own affirming nods. However, what do we choose to do?? Muscle on and hope for change, or perhaps seek out a fresh perspective in order to gain clarity?
