You DON’T have to be a extrovert to be a confident person

Society values extroverted people even more these days, but being confident is more than just being loud and a good talker

A confident person is rooted to their beliefs. They have morals and values and we stick to them.

A confident person also has a realistic idea of their strengths and weaknesses, and know how to accept them. They don’t pretend to be perfect. They acknowledge our areas for improvement and execute!

A confident person will welcome constructive criticism. Helpful criticism is good, but if the criticism come from a place of insecurity, they learn how to channel it into something positive
