The Culture and Purpose Development
The culture we live in is designed to exploit weaknesses in our personal purpose. Have you ever made one step forward, two steps sideways, and three steps backward? If so, the reason for this crazy dance is that we are surrounded by a purpose stealing culture.
The culture operates this way because it is highly developed in its purpose. The activity of the culture does not refer to any particular people group or region of the world, but to a system that is self-propagating. Unfortunately, the action of the system works at the expense of people who do not know their purpose. Personal purpose is connected to an individual’s design potential. To understand design potential, personal development training is needed. When adequately trained, the purpose I.Q. of the individual can be raised. Increasing personal I.Q. is not as difficult as it sounds. In fact, the insight needed to increase one’s purpose I.Q. is already uniquely inside the individual. The difficulty in accessing one’s purpose I.Q. is associated with the tendency to ignore, or overlook the obvious, to focus on flaws. The flaws are conveniently provided by the system, as reminders of things you are not – not small enough, not tall enough, not pretty enough, not wealthy enough.
Add to myWE:
To preserve the energy of purpose and promote a personal purpose I.Q. that defies the culture’s coup against your purpose, start with a K.E.I. assessment. Sound familiar? Probably not. Most are familiar with K.P.I.’s. K.E.I.s are Key Existence Indicators. K.P.I.s are, of course, Key Performance Indicators. Most organizations focus on KPIs because the measure of performance is important to growth and achievement. Growth breaks people out of the clutches of the system of the culture. However, performance is linked to existence.
The state you are in is important. Peak state, highly motivated, and other descriptions speak to the state of a person, but so does depression, stress, and bad attitudes. Inside of the person is their true existence. Some of the other stuff can be faked, but we can’t fool ourselves on the inside. By combining one’s purpose I.Q. with how they exist, the power that operates below the surface of common consciousness combines to defy the system’s grip and activate sustainable performance.
