Specification

  • must work with MW versions 1.12 forward.
  • GPL extension, crediting WikiExpert.com for commission.
  • add "Send to Twitter" Checkbox next to the Watch, Minor Edit, and Save Page area of mediawiki. Checkbox will be OFF by default.
  • The Summary section be the tweet portion + the URL, + the current random shit that it does.
  • right now, spaces in URL's are converted to "+" characters instead of "_" character so that needs to be fixed. URL's that it encodes MUST WORK when resolved.
  • update http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SendToTwitter with new code/instructions.
