"I have had the pleasure of working with Peder in different capacities. In one case he was consulting to deploy a new service standard for a Fortune 50 company, and I acted as his consulting Project Manager. In the second case, he had pre-staged a project that I was leading, to migrate two legacy Wiki systems, to the new standard service--Confluence, referenced above.In every case I found Peder to be Technical, Professional, and very thorough. For my cases he developed;
- sound test plans for validating the transformation of data from the legacy system to the destination systems,
- elaborate Gap Analyses with multiple recommendations as possible,
- and detailed issue logs with history for relevant evolution to solution.
In these projects, the objectives were often less than clear, and Peder communicated openly, and escalated, to pursue the needed Management direction. Through all of this, Peder won my confidence and my trust. For Document, or Knowledge Management, he would be my first consideration in any Project that I am called to Manage.
