Create documentation for a website that has all ready been created

After I get access, I document the software. The first step is capturing all possible paths of interaction with the software. I use a mind mapping tool to do this step. At the same time, I use screen capture software such as Camstudio to get video or pictures of the User Interface.

Once I have created the mind map, I export it and create a new Word document.
